Pricing based on a per month cost
Weekly group calls discussing health concerns and going over personal goals. This is a perfect place to go for group accountability and switching/ improving overall health goals.
1 on 1 sessions every two weeks. This program is perfect for those who know they need to make a change in their life but don't know where to begin. We will develop individualized nutrition and activity guides based on your multidimensional health goals. You'll get all the support and accountability you need, with zero judgement. We will move at your pace without any overwhelm.
1 on 1 sessions, once/week + access to Silver Program group calls + 1 on 1 group chat with Lindsay open 24 hours a day + weekly accountability. This program is perfect for those who are ready to do the work! They have tried multiple diets or programs and they are stuck. Maybe they just haven't found what works for them, or have hit a plateau. We will develop individualised nutrition and activity guides based one your multidimensional health goals. We will tweak your program as needed, so that you're supported every week for six months. This program will also include a monthly Reiki Session to help reconnect with your inner self and rejuvenate your energy.
